What a view! Enjoy the comfort of the beautiful and bright home, featuring high end furnishes throughout.
Spacious 1200 sq ft cottage with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Okanagan lake.
The huge front patio features a high-end Webber grill, two areas for sitting, a round table and chairs to enjoy dining outdoors. The patio is also accompanied by a fire pit, allowing you to warmly enjoy unforgettable evenings with the spectacular view of the Okanagan lake.
The well-stocked kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans and utensils that you’ll need for cooking and dinning. The appliances included are a stove, dishwasher, modern fridge with cold water and ice maker, microwave.
There is a laundry room with a front load washer and dryer as well as a storage room with basic cleaning supplies along with space for your suitcases.
Sleeps 8 guests, 3 queen beds plus two single beds.
Minimum booking requirements are 4 nights out of the season and 7 nights from June 01 till mid-September.
La Casa is a quiet and family-oriented resort, a fantastic getaway for the entire family providing an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Come and enjoy memorable lake moments at their finest.

The boat launch is a little steep so please check and see if your truck & trailer can handle
the grade. You can also use the boat launch at Fintry Provincial Park (5 minutes north up
the road towards Vernon).
The resort has access to amazing back roads. Bring your own side by side and dirt
bikes for the off-road adventure. There are over 100 Km of off-road trails connected to the resort, so make sure to pack drinks and food!

The resort is patrolled by security 24 hours. Please be considerate of the other guests on
the resort. Partying and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
West side Eatery and General Store:
The general Store and Restaurant are re-opening Wednesday June 10th at reduced hours:
Monday & Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday & Thursday: 12-6pm
Friday & Saturday: 12-7pm
Sunday: 12-6pm
Due to COVID 19:
The restaurant will be takeout only at the window with some outdoor seating available.

Cold beer, wine & spirits, water, coffee and tea, bread, milk, eggs, butter, cream,
chips, candy, chocolate bars, ice cream, pop, cigarettes.

Stock up on groceries if you wish to avoid a 30-minute drive to the closest
supermarket. Food and spices are not provided. Please bring your own cooking oil
and spices. Shampoo/conditioner and beach towels are not provided. Please note
there is no service for the propane bottle refill at the resort. If you wish to enjoy the
table fire pit we will provide the empty propane tank for you to refill. Home depo
offers refilled propane tanks.

Summary: This was the 1st time that we'd booked a cabin, at the La Casa resort property in Fintry, where my wife, father, two children and I stayed for 7 nights. Overall, we were very happy with Bob's cabin, as well as all the resort's amenities, and access to beach and trails for dirt biking. Our initial impression on the first day, was spectacular. We were very satisfied with the cabin's noticeable cleanliness, and the view of Lake Okanagan. Unexpectedly, Bob had left a bottle of wine on the table, with a Thank You card, so that was extra special, (thank you, Bob!). The front patio is very large, offering ample seating for us all to enjoy the fire feature and the view of the lake, while being accompanied by nice breezes in the evenings. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean, and presented well. We brought our own boat, so we'd booked a marina slip for about $70/day, through the resort (emailed them a few weeks in advance). We brought our own dirt bikes, so we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the resort backs onto miles of extensive, fun trails for my son and I to boot around on, each day. Our two children loved their time at the pool, and the amenities on the beach (water park, etc.). The resort's grocery store and restaurants were well stocked with everything (wine, beer, etc.). The bedrooms could use better curtains to block out light, and it would've been great to have access to the garage for securing our bikes. We would certainly stay here again!
